Jin33 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Players

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "jin33" or "Platform" refers to the website operating under the domain jin33.bid and all services provided through it, including Live Casino, Sports Betting, poker and live matches.

To register and use jin33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Available for first deposits only. Credited automatically with no promo code required.
• Rollover requirement: x10 of the total bonus received before withdrawals are permitted.
• Example: Receiving a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in wagers before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Rollover period: 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.

General Bonus – Terms Applicable to All Promotions:

VIP Tier Thresholds:

Tier Re-evaluation: VIP tier standings are reviewed monthly based on betting activity over the preceding 30 days. Members who fall below the minimum activity threshold may be downgraded following prior notice. Daily rebates that have already been credited will not be clawed back.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jin33 platform. Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and freezing of funds:

• Money Laundering: Using the jin33 platform for any money laundering or illicit financing activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or maintaining more than one active account.
• Identity Fraud: Using another person's personal information to register or verify an account.

• Jin33 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account as a result of your failure to keep your password secure.
• In situations where jin33 is found liable for any loss, our maximum liability is limited to the amount of active deposits held in your account at the time of the incident.
